HI, I'M JESSICA!

I'm so happy you're here!

My name is Jessica Severt, but most of my friends and family call me Jess. I'm a 26 year old Ball State grad living in Charlotte, North Carolina who loves to create and adventure and pet dogs. My husband and I recently moved from Indianapolis, Indiana down here to the Old North State, and we are loving it.

 

I'm an INFJ, a breakfast lover, and if I'm not snuggled on my couch watching Parks and Recreation, you can probably find me at Old Navy. My maiden name is MacNulty, and while I'm so excited to be a Severt now, JessMac Creative will still live on!

ABOUT JESSMAC CREATIVE

​

My amazing mother is my inspiration for so many things, and this endeavor is no different. She created a photography business called JMac Photography when I was a baby. As she grew busier and busier with my older sister, Jillian, and me, JMac Photography was kind of shoved to the side until her two daughters grew up and decided to dig it back up in 2010. Jillian and I tag-teamed the business for several years, and eventually we became too busy with college to keep it up. 

 

I had the urge in early 2015 to get this all back up and running, but in a new and improved way. I rebranded myself as JessMac Creative, and I'm excited to share my love for photography with all of you.

There's nothing quite like capturing the new-found confidence of a college senior, the admiration and pure joy of an engaged couple, or the silliness and selfless connection in a family. I have grown so much as a creative and as a person through this endeavor, and I truly wouldn't trade it for the world.

I am currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina and would be happy to capture your memories around here! If you're from the Indy area, still feel free to reach out and I can see if I can squeeze in a shoot with you on a trip back home.
